Ebook downloads

Our ebooks are in the epub2 formats (for tablets in general, except Kindle) and mobi (for different models Kindle and Kindle Fire – these are sometimes azw3) and compatible with all e-readers on the market. Upon purchase, you will receive three download links in the confirmation email, one for each format (if there is a problem, please contact us). You will only have to transfer the ebook to your device. To read the ebook on your computer (or if you do not have a tablet), there are various software that allows such a thing, as Calibre, free and available for all environments.

Delivery

Deliveries for the books of publishing house Cent Mille Milliards are performed by mail.

The books are sent to you in a protective enveloppe, to the name and the address specified when ordering.

As we do not work at night, at least not before 6 am, orders placed on the day j will normally be sent at j + 1 (sometimes printing on demand creates some delays).

You should receive the books, at the most, 72 hours (3 days) after your order (for continental France). International delivery time vary greatly according to destination. If you order from Paris, one of our employees could file your own hand controlled delivery address.

Payment

You can pay your order with credit/debit card, Paypal, or wire transfer.

To secure payments made by Credit Card (Visa, Mastercard), we have chosen to outsource banking transactions on the Société Générale website with the SOGENACTIF service. If you opt for online payment with credit card payment, you will be immediately and automatically redirected to a page secured by Société Générale (SSL encryption). The information you enter on this page (the number and expiration date of your bank card, pictogram) is only known to Société Générale computers, which will ensure that your bank card is valid. (no opposition, no error in numbers…). Thus, the information provided is neither known to Cent Mille Milliards, or to any other internet user. Secure payment is validated and protected by Société Générale.

When you are about to enter your bank card numbers, a small padlock is displayed at the bottom of your browser. It tells you that you are in a secure space and that all the information you enter will be encrypted.

If you send us the necessary documents, we will send you, for your account on the Cent Mille Milliards website, a special bookseller special code that will give you your professional discount. However, we will not be taking back books ordered in this way.
